FWIW, we had booked the hotel event location 15 months ahead of the planned wedding day. We also booked wedding studio photos ~5 months before the shoot which was 1 year before the wedding day.
We are pretty prepared planners eh? ;^)
From the engagement to the wedding, we took 2 years to leisurely plan everything :)
